We compare text and concepts using visible rules, a bilingual professional dictionary, and relationships with explicit confidence levels.

Controlled matching

We look for complete terms, spelling variants, professional aliases, and known relationships. We do not assume two words are equivalent just because they look similar.

A score you can inspect

The percentage combines skills, keywords, title, and work evidence. If a component cannot be evaluated, it is not treated as zero.

Private processing

The calculation runs on your device. The job description, resume, and result are not stored in a database or sent to an API.

Questions about job match analysis

Is this percentage an ATS score?

No. It is an explainable indicator of matches between the resume and job description. Real ATS products use different configurations, and there is no universal score.

Should I add every missing skill?

No. Add a skill only when you genuinely have it and can support it. The goal is to detect information you may have omitted, not to invent experience.

Where is the analysis processed and stored?

It runs in your browser and remains in the tab's memory. Reloading or closing the page removes the result. CV Simple does not receive or store those texts.

Why do some terms need manual review?

The dictionary avoids forcing unsafe equivalences. An unknown, ambiguous, or highly specific term is shown so you can interpret it in its original context.

Does choosing another professional area change the result?

Yes. Each area activates different professional vocabulary and relationships. Choose the area that best represents the job, not necessarily your current role.
