By using CV Simple, you agree to these terms. They are written to explain the scope of the tool without unnecessary fine print.

CV Simple lets you create, customize, locally save, and export resumes. Its features are currently offered without payment or registration.
You must use the site lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt it, abuse its infrastructure, or use it to distribute malicious content.
Your content and files
You retain ownership of and responsibility for the information you enter and the documents you generate. You must have permission to use photographs, text, or other third-party material.
Professional examples are guidance only. You are responsible for replacing them with truthful information, reviewing spelling, and confirming the final resume suits the role.
No guarantee of results
The tool is provided as is and may change, contain errors, or become temporarily unavailable. No template guarantees passing an ATS, receiving an interview, or obtaining employment.
Before sending a resume, review the downloaded PDF or DOCX and confirm its content, links, and formatting are correct.
Local storage and data loss
Drafts and saved resumes exist only in the browser you used. You are responsible for keeping copies of files you need. CV Simple cannot restore information removed from local storage.
External services and changes
Linked external services, including iLovePDF, have their own terms and policies. CV Simple does not control their availability or how they handle files you choose to send them.
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after an update is subject to the version published on this page.
